Committee Responsibilities

Our committee meets regularly to manage the association affairs and ensure our allotments run smoothly.

The Chair

Provides leadership for the committee and the association, represents the association at external events, and chairs committee meetings.

The Vice-Chair

Supports the Chair in leading the committee, deputises in their absence, assists with decision-making, leads specific initiatives, and helps with succession planning.

The Secretary

Handles correspondence, maintains records, organises meetings, and keeps members informed of important information.

The Treasurer

Manages the associations finances, collects membership fees, pays bills, and provides financial reports to the committee.

The Allocations Officer

Manages the allocation of plots, processes applications, maintains tenancy records, monitors plot use, resolves disputes, and enforces allotment policies.

Committee Members

Support the work of the association, participate in decision-making, and may take on specific responsibilities such as plot inspections or organizing events.
